Goji berries, also known as wolfberries, are the small, bright red-orange fruits of a shrub grown for centuries in northwest China, especially in the Ningxia region. Dried goji berries bring a mild, tangy-sweet flavor, somewhere between a cranberry and a cherry, with a light herbal note. They pair well with green tea, white tea, rooibos and fruit blends, alongside raspberry, pomegranate, hibiscus and citrus. In China, goji berries are a beloved everyday ingredient in soups, desserts and teas.
